Payment Conditions
Before booking any trek with us, please read the booking conditions given below
After deposited the amount through above option please send us a mail with scanned copy of receipt, after receiving the booking amount, our accounts department will contact you and you will be informed about all the arrangements of the holiday.
- A deposit equal to the total cost of the booking is required.
- This deposit will be refunded if cancelled more than 40 days before arrival.
- Payments by cash, cheque, online transfer, demand draft and the following cards:
- Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Credit, Maestro / Switch, MasterCard, American Express - 2 % charge.

Cancellation Conditions
If for some reason you wish to cancel your trek, an email intimation needs to be sent to info@kashmirtrekking.net. Cancellation requests are not taken over phone.
However, you can phone to check whether your cancellation has been processed.

The cancellation charges are as under:
- Cancellations prior to 40 days from the start of the trek -- full refund.
- Cancellation between 40 days and 30 days to the start of the trek -- 90% refund.
- Cancellation between 30 days and 20 days to the start of the trek -- 70% refund.
- Cancellation between 20 days and 15 days to the start of the trek -- 50% refund.
- Cancellation less than 15 days to the start of the trek: No refund.
- In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) no refund will be given.
